What are tapioca pearls? Also known as « Japanese pearls, » they are produced from cassava roots and used in cooking. They are not consumed raw and require a cooking time in boiling water of 32 to 38 minutes, for a firm or melting result, according to taste.
Ingredients: tapioca flour (65.7%), water, flavorings, caramel food coloring, preservative: potassium sorbate (E202).
