Strawberry-flavored pre-cooked tapioca pearls must be cooked before consumption; however, their preparation time is reduced by almost 8 times compared to traditional tapioca pearls.
Once cooked, you’ll get soft and tender pearls with a delicious strawberry flavor. These pearls will delight your customers and add an original option to your bubble tea menu.
Tapioca pearls can be enjoyed warm or cold, in fruit bubble tea or milk bubble tea. To savor them, simply sip them through a large XXL straw and chew them.
A 1kg bag of pre-cooked pearls is equivalent to approximately 1.6kg of cooked pearls, yielding about 32 servings of 50g .
This product is not suitable for children under 3 years old.
How to prepare pre-cooked tapioca pearls: Strawberry-flavored pre-cooked tapioca pearls require little preparation time. In just 10 minutes, you’ll have soft and tender tapioca pearls.
For cooking, you have two options: using an electric cooker or a saucepan.
- Immerse the tapioca pearls in simmering water for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent them from sticking together.
- After the 5-minute cooking time, turn off the heat and let the pearls rest in the cooking water for 5 minutes.
- After the 5 minutes of resting, drain the pearls and rinse them with room-temperature water.
- Store the pearls in a suitable container and add a mixture of water and fructose syrup to keep them and prevent excessive sticking.
Storage and preservation: Before opening, the bag must be stored at room temperature, in a dry place, and away from light.
Before cooking, tapioca pearls are fragile and brittle. We recommend not storing them with heavy objects that could crush them, and placing them in an airtight container.
Once cooked, pre-cooked tapioca pearls can be stored for 4 to 8 hours at room temperature in a suitable stainless-steel container and in the water and fructose syrup mixture.
To prepare this mixture, it’s recommended to add 60ml of room-temperature water and 160ml of fructose syrup for 1kg of tapioca pearls.
